BodyMedia, based on the Judging Criteria specified below. The Grand
Prize will be awarded on or about August 15, 2011. There will
be no substitutions for prizes. Prizes awarded are non-transferable
and may not be exchanged, sold or traded. Sponsor reserves
the right to substitute a prize, in which case a prize of equal or
greater value will be awarded. Failure to collect a prize within
thirty (30) days of notification of award constitutes forfeiture of
the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of
Sponsor. Another winner will not be selected.
Judging Criteria

judged based on whether they meet the video creation and entry
requirements, how well they follow the directives provided by
BodyMedia, the quality of the video, whether the video provides

with these Official Rules and a background check. The winner
will be notified by phone, email or mail, at Sponsor’s
discretion. Decisions of the judges are final and
binding.

Any attempt by an Entrant and/or his/her family/friends to vote more than the number of times authorized herein using multiple names, email addresses, phone numbers and/or any other fraudulent mechanism, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, shall give Sponsor the right to disqualify the Entrant in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to name fewer than five (5) Finalists and/or not to name any finalists at all, if, in its sole discretion, an insufficient number of qualified videos are received.
